1. The Service

Sellyze.ai ("Sellyze", "Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered Amazon product analysis platform that analyzes publicly available Amazon product reviews to identify pain points, score opportunities, and generate product specifications. The Service is available via our website at sellyze.ai and our Chrome Extension.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accounts are for single-user use only unless your plan explicitly allows team access.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Sellyze offers free and paid subscription plans with varying analysis limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe on the date you subscribe.
• Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You must cancel at least one day before your next billing date to avoid renewal.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes monthly analysis limits:

Unused analyses do not roll over. Extension quick-score limits reset daily at UTC midnight.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Sellyze
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Sellyze data or analysis results to third parties as a competing service
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service beyond our API and Chrome Extension
• Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or authentication mechanisms
• Share account credentials or allow multiple users on a single-user plan
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload, input, or provide Sellyze data to third-party AI systems for training, fine-tuning, or benchmarking purposes (transient inference use is permitted)

6. AI-Generated Content

Sellyze uses artificial intelligence to analyze Amazon product reviews and generate insights, scores, product specifications, supplier briefs, and listing copy. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors
• Scores and grades are estimates based on available data, not guarantees of market performance
• Generated content (listing copy, supplier briefs) should be reviewed and edited before use
• Sellyze does not provide financial, legal, or business advice
• You are solely responsible for business decisions made using Sellyze data

7. Amazon Disclaimer

Sellyze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We analyze publicly available product reviews and listing data on Amazon marketplaces. Amazon, the Amazon logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. The accuracy and availability of Amazon data depends on third-party data providers and may change without notice.

8. Chrome Extension

The Sellyze Chrome Extension is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The extension injects UI elements onto Amazon product pages to display opportunity scores. It communicates with our API to fetch analysis data. By installing the extension, you grant permission for it to access Amazon product pages as described in the extension's manifest permissions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, data models, analysis methodology, scoring algorithms, and branding, is owned by Sellyze and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service. Analysis results generated for your account are licensed to you for your internal business use.

10. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide to Sellyze (ASINs, account information). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this data to provide the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our analysis algorithms and Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data and analysis results will be accurate, complete, or current. We disclaim all liability for inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sellyze, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding month.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sellyze harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
