Refund Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Sellyze subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@sellyze.ai.
- Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You retain access to all features until the billing period expires
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused analyses, or plan downgrades.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and requires no payment method. There is nothing to refund.
Plan Changes
- Upgrading: When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. Your new limits take effect right away.
- Downgrading: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refund is issued for the current period.
Service Issues
If you experience a significant service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using your analyses, contact us at support@sellyze.ai. We will review your case and may issue account credit at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@sellyze.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
