1. Ear Cup Swivel Durability
Product Defect · Moderate · 0.5% of buyers
Ear cup swivels loosen over time (typically within 3 months) causing ear cups to fall off during normal head movement and bending throughout the day.

"Took someone accidentally smashing it with a 200+ lb dresser during a move for the swivels on the ear cups to bust"
2. Comfort Duration
Usability Issue · Minor · 0.3% of buyers
Ear cups become uncomfortable and cause ear fatigue after 45 minutes of continuous wear, requiring users to remove headphones and massage ears before continuing use.
"After about 45 minutes I started to notice a little ear fatigue, and what I meanby that is that after extended periods of time, the cups became more noticeable and uncomfortable around my ears and head."
"I need to take them off after a while and kind of massage the area before putting them back on again"

"Only con is the female voice that periodically says 'battery low' over whatever you're listening to once it hits 20%"
4. Noise Cancellation
Usability Issue · Minor · 0.3% of buyers
Active noise cancellation is weak or ineffective compared to expectations, only providing passive isolation from ear cup seal.

5. Missing Feature
Missing Feature · Minor · 0.3% of buyers
Product lacks an active noise canceling mode entirely, relying only on passive isolation from over-ear design.
